Information you provide
When you request an order or talk with Flor, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, postal code, delivery details, selected products and message. We use this information to respond, confirm availability, manage the request and fulfil an accepted order.
Flor
Flor is our AI assistant and operations system. Order requests and chat messages may be processed and stored in Flor so the team can review the conversation, manage follow-up and keep order details together. Do not enter payment-card numbers or highly sensitive information into chat.
Device storage
The bouquet bag and Flor session use browser storage so selections and recent conversation context can remain on your device. Order details are sent only when you submit the form or message Flor.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we may text you about the order you submitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. We do not use order-status consent for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is needed with Flor, payment, courier, carrier, messaging and service providers involved in completing your order, subject to their own terms.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements, by emailing hello@driedflower.ca.
