Order confirmation
Adding products to the bouquet bag, talking with Flor or submitting the request form does not create a confirmed order. A person confirms availability, timing, taxes, the exact shipping or delivery charge and payment before accepting the order.
Pricing and transport
Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and customer-paid shipping or courier charges are added before payment. A live quote can change until the order and transport are booked.
Same-day delivery
Same-day refers to courier transport after an arrangement is ready. It is subject to product readiness, cutoff times, service area and driver availability.
Botanical variation
Product photographs represent scale, palette and design direction. Natural and seasonal materials vary. We may substitute a comparable stem while preserving the overall value and appearance.
Vessel substitutions
When a ceramic vase is included, the exact IKEA stoneware style may change with inventory. A substitute will be comparable in size, function and overall colour direction.
Care
Dried flowers are delicate, flammable natural materials. Keep them dry and away from candles, heaters, cooking surfaces, direct sun, pets and small children.
